Ferrotramviaria S.p.A. has not initiated any enforcement proceedings against the Apulia Region in relation to the Council of State ruling of 5 August 2024, nor are there any other appeals or legal actions against the Apulia Region.

Instead, proceedings are currently pending before the Civil Court of Rome against the Ministry of Transport.
