Travellers are advised that, with the expansion of the Ferrotramviaria travel ticket sales network, now also available in tobacconists and via the TABNET app, in addition to the official channels (website, app, station and stop ticket offices, automatic ticket machines), starting from Monday 3 March 2025, all tickets purchased on board trains and buses will be subject to a surcharge of 3 euros in addition to the cost of the travel ticket.

Travellers without a ticket must therefore contact the train conductor or driver immediately upon boarding to proceed with the purchase.
