Passengers are advised that, starting from October 20, 2025, an information desk will be active in the main hall of Bari Centrale Station (former Infopoint).
The desk will be operational from Monday to Saturday, from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., and will offer the following services:

• Information on train schedules, departure platforms, and any delays;
• Assistance with the purchase of travel tickets at self-service machines;
• Support for travelers requiring assistance for persons with disabilities or reduced mobility.

For any further information, dedicated staff will be available at the desk during the indicated hours.
