NEW PROCEDURES FOR REQUESTING ASSISTANCE FOR PASSENGERS WITH REDUCED MOBILITY
Passengers are informed that, starting from Monday, November 10, it will be possible to request the assistance service for passengers with reduced mobility through the following channels:
by phone at 080 5299608 or 331 6472392, available every day, including weekends and holidays, from 05:00 a.m. to 11:30 p.m.
Assistance from company staff, where required, must be booked at least 18 hours prior to the train’s scheduled departure time.
Until November 9, assistance requests for PRM passengers will continue to follow the terms and procedures established in the current “Service Charter 2025” (Rev.1), page 29, also available on our website at the following link:
