Passengers are hereby informed that on March 31, the 2026 Service Charter has been published.

As a source of information on transport services, suggestions, proposals, and complaints, the new Service Charter can be viewed and downloaded from the company website: https://ferrotramviaria.it/.

It is also available, upon request by interested parties, at the Management Offices – Ferrotramviaria S.p.A., Institutional Relations and Communication, located at Piazza A. Moro 50/b, Bari.

An extract of the 2026 Service Charter (in Italian and English) is also available at station and stop ticket offices, as well as at Ferrotramviaria ticket sales points.
